Service Tipp: Print Server Info Pages

The Status and Service Pages of our print servers offer you basic information about print server type, MAC address, IP address, subnet mask, gateway, as well as configurable and non-configurable parameters. In addition, all SEH print servers feature so called Info Pages, which contain a lot of additional information. Just compare the following browser printer Info Page with the printer Info Page of the SEH InterCon-NetTool for the same printer:

You can see the Info Pages of SEH print servers only with the help of the internet browser. To this purpose simply enter the IP address of the respective print server with "/Info" into the browser just as in this example:

The Info Pages contain information which is very technical and very detailed, so that it can only be interpreted by our support and development teams. This type of information is saved in the Info Pages only. In case of print server support calls it can sometimes be useful to pass this information on to our support team. To this purpose all Info Pages can be exported as HTML or TXT files and sent to our support team.
